Where is my order?
- Techwear and Wellness orders can be picked up at a MNTC Campus, you will receive an email when your order is available.
- Program specific/required items will be distributed by the program instructors by the date listed on the project's page.
- No orders are shipped, only pickup or distributed at MNTC Campuses.

What do the On Demand, Pre-Order, and Hot Drop product categories mean?
- On demand products are printed apparel items that are produced when ordered and will be available for pick up in 2-3 weeks.
- Pre-Order products are embroidered or specialty apparel items that are produced at the end of a pre-order window, which is listed on the top of the Pre-Order page. These will be available for pickup about 2-3 weeks after order window closes.
- Hot Drop products are limited one time only items that will not be available again. These are also on the pre-order timelines with pickup about 2-3 weeks after order window closes.

Can I cancel or change my order?
- Yes, if you need to cancel your order, please email mntctechwear@gmail.com with your order number.
- If you need to change or update your order, email mntctechwear@gmail.com with your order number with the changes needed. Note that if the order is changed after an order window closing, it may be delayed or not available to make the change.

My item is damaged/defective. Can I get a replacement/refund?
- Yes, any damaged or defective items (ie: holes, rips, damaged seams, miss-stitches) we will refund or replace.

I received the wrong item in my order. Can I get a replacement?
- Yes, any items that don't match your order (ie: wrong size, garment color, design) we will replace or work with project coordinator about getting the corrected item.

I ordered the wrong item/size. Can I get a replacement?
- We cannot do swaps or exchanges for incorrect item or size orders. All items are pre-order and made to order so there are no extra pieces to exchange out for. Please make sure to double check before you complete your purchase that all items and sizes are correct. Customers are asked to confirm and agree to this upon checking out.
